Refund policy

To order an item from Presente Continuo, you must specify your personal data. This data is used solely by Presente Continuo in conjunction with the delivery of your item. If you expressly accept to receive the newsletter, Presente Continuo will use your data accordingly. We will never share or sell your data. We do, however, reserve the right to update our data policy after having advised you via email.

Can I return an item purchased on Presente Continuo?

Of course. If you believe you received a defective product, please get in touch with us within 14 days from receipt of goods at now@presentecontinuo.com  and we will assist you. In order to speed up the process please include photographs documenting the damage or item in error.

Please take the following steps:

  1. Send us an email informing us of your wish to return your purchase. Please make sure to include your name, email used to make the purchase and your phone number.

  2. Our studio must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is approved, we will be in touch to organize return shipping. For this reason we ask that you please provide us with a working telephone number.

  3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received back to Presente Continuo.

You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item for return. Each returned item must be received in original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after an item was delivered to the buyer.

You will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping unless you demonstrate that the item arrived damaged or the listing was inaccurate, misleading or misrepresented the item.
